By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

- GENERAL -Scope of Work:
• The artist agrees to provide digital art services, including but not limited to illustrations and digital paintings, as agreed upon with the client.
• Each service or commission offer has specific details, the client must read the details carefully.Contract Formation:
• The contract is formed upon the client's acceptance of a provided quote and confirmation of payment. Projects will commence upon receipt of a detailed brief and any necessary reference material.Communication:
• Preferred communication channels include email and a designated messaging platform. The artist will respond to client inquiries within 48 hours during regular working hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). Keep in mind that the artist's time zone is Malaysia Time (GMT+8)Termination:
• Either the client or the artist can end or terminate the agreement with a written notice. Termination fees, if applicable, will be outlined in the agreement. The artist will be paid for any work done up to that point.DO's and DONT's:

 - PAYMENT -Payment Structure:
• Prices are based on a flat fee determined during the quoting process. Either a full (100%) or a half (50%) upfront payment is required before the commencement of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before the delivery of the final artwork. Commercial use requires a separate commercial license, the terms of which will be negotiated based on the specific commercial use case.
• Commission work will not start until the artist receives the payment.Late Payments:
• Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will be subject to cancellation. The artist reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received or to cancel the project entirely.Payment Method:
• For local (Malaysia) currency must be in RM or MYR.
• For global (Non-Malaysian) currency must be in $ or USD.

• 🌐 : PayPal, VGen, Ko-Fi, Stripe.
 - REVISION -Revision Policy:
• The initial fee includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur an additional fee of +$10 for each revision.
• If the payment is already set in the price and fully paid, the third and last revision will be chosen as the final version, and no further revisions can be requested. The project will proceed with the chosen third revision or the last approved revision as the final work.
• Surprise Me! or Skeb-like commission does not offer any revision sessions and updates.Feedback Process:
• Clients are expected to provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving drafts or proofs. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.- DEADLINES AND DELIVERY -Project Timeline:
• An estimated project timeline will be provided upon agreement or mentioned in the service details. The artist will communicate any potential delays and their impact on deadlines promptly.
• Depending on the commission, the commission can be done in 2 days up to 2 months. Every commission will set the 2-month limit as default if the client didn't set deadlines.
• The timeline of starting to work on the commission only began after the client made the payment.Progress Tracking:
• The artist will give a link in the proposal so the client can check the progress status of the commission and where the commission is at in the list or queue.Delivery Format:
• The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format (JPEG or PNG) via email or a secure file-sharing platform such as Google Drive. Any specific delivery requirements must be communicated in advance.
 - USE -Usage Rights:
• The client is granted exclusive rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes. This includes personal printing, social media sharing, and non-commercial use. Commercial use, distribution, or reproduction without obtaining a separate commercial license is prohibited.Commercial Use Details:
• Commercial use rights can be negotiated separately. The client must contact the artist to discuss and obtain a commercial license before using the artwork for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, merchandise, or resale.
• The client must mention and credit the artist at least once or each repost or use for a commercial purpose.
• Commercial use may incur charges ranging from 2 times (×2) up to 10 times (×10) the base price or flat fee. The specific pricing details will be stated in the service details or negotiated personally between the artist and the client.Portfolio and Promotion:
• The artist retains the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS -Ownership:
• The artist retains ownership of the intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the artwork as outlined in the Usage Rights section.License:
• The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes. This license includes personal printing, social media sharing, and non-commercial use. For commercial use, including but not limited to advertising, merchandise, or resale, a separate commercial license must be negotiated and obtained. The client agrees not to use the artwork for commercial purposes without obtaining the necessary commercial license.NFT and AI Database Usage:
• The artist reserve the right to not have my works sold or distributed as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or included in any form of AI databases. Uploading, minting, or utilizing artist works in such contexts without explicit authorization is considered a direct breach of artist Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to, blockchain-based marketplaces for NFTs and AI training datasets. Any violation will result in the enforcement of legal actions to protect artist intellectual property rights.- REFUNDS -Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances eligible for refunds include project cancellation before work commencement. The artist reserves the right to retain a portion of the upfront payment to cover incurred expenses unless the artist cancels it or overdue the 2-month limit, all payments will be refunded 100%.
• Surprise Me! Or Skeb-like commission service do not offer refunds.- COMMUNICATION -Communication Protocols:
• Preferred communication channels are email and a designated messaging platform. Urgent matters may be communicated via the artist's media social account, or on Discord for fast response. Response times are within 48 hours during regular working hours.Client Responsibilities:
• Clients are responsible for providing a detailed brief and any necessary reference material. Timely feedback and approvals are crucial to the progress of the project. Any concerns or issues should be communicated promptly. Clients need to disclose the intended use of the commissioned artwork during the project briefing. This information is crucial for determining pricing and licensing terms, especially for commercial projects.Languages:
